Old House.
Home Again.
We're two cousins who buy and restore older homes across Chicagoland. If you're thinking about selling, we'd love to hear about your place.
Family owned & operated · Chicagoland, IL
We're a small family company run by two cousins who share a love of old houses and the neighborhoods they're part of. We buy homes directly from homeowners — including homes that need work — and restore them ourselves.
No middlemen, no agents, no commissions. Just two people who care about doing right by the homeowner and the home.
If you've been thinking about selling but aren't sure where to start, we're happy to have a simple, honest conversation.
How It Works
Reach out
Share a little about your property — the neighborhood, the condition, whatever feels relevant. There's no form to fill out perfectly.
We visit and make an offer
We'll come see the home and get a feel for it. If it's a good fit, we'll make you a straightforward offer — no pressure, no obligation.
You decide
You're in charge. Sell to us if it works for you — or don't. We want the decision to feel right, not rushed.
Homes sold as-is. No repairs, cleaning, or updates needed.
Whatever Brought You Here
There are many reasons people decide it’s time to sell. Whatever yours is, we’re here to make the next step simple.
Moving
A new job, a new city, or simply a change of plans. When it’s time to move, selling the house shouldn’t make things harder.
Inherited a home
An inherited property can come with a lot of decisions. Selling it doesn’t have to be one of the complicated ones.
House needs work
Older single-family home — solid bones, ready for a new chapter
Financial pressure
Mortgage payments, property taxes, HOA fees, or other expenses can pile up. Sometimes selling is simply the best way forward.
Who we are
About Town Cousins
Town Cousins started the way a lot of good things do — two cousins with a shared love of old houses and a simple idea. We've always been drawn to the neighborhoods that make Chicagoland what it is: the bungalow belts, the brick two-flats, the tree-lined blocks that have been home to generations of families.
We're not a large investment company or a national franchise. It's just the two of us, working together, trying to give older homes another chapter.
We believe every house deserves to be treated with care — and every homeowner deserves a straightforward, respectful conversation about their options.
